Trefriw
Community Council - Walks Development
Trefriw is a
small community at the edge of Snowdonia and the development of
attractive walking routes relates to the future sustainability of
the local community by attracting leisure visitors to the village
and encouraging existing visitors to spread their wings. The
project involved developing a number of
way-marked trails in and around Trefriw to assist both visitors
and local people alike to explore and enjoy the locality
and the development
and implementation of a marketing strategy that publicised the
availability of both the way-marked routes and other walks in the
locality to attract visitors to the village and its environs.
